The revered project was completed to accommodate 199 apartments spread over 29 levels. Designed in collaboration with Walter Barda and Interiors led by Thomas Hamel.

Set in the northwest corridor of Sydney’s Central Business District adjacent to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Observatory Tower was formerly known as the IBM building.
