The project was a Joint Venture partnership between Addenbrooke and Frasers Property.

The development comprised of 536 residential units in addition to the Freshwater Place Arcade.

The tower is Melbourne’s premium residential building.

Addenbrooke was responsible for the curation and divestment of the retail precinct.
